Cancellations and Refunds Policy:
If you need to cancel your registration, refunds less a 20% cancellation fee are available until September 30, 2011. After this date, no refunds will be processed. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time without penalty provided you inform Margaret Ross at the TIABC offices at email@example.com or 604-678-6453.
